Refunds and Cancellation
Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.
Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their YPay card and request a refund from us. Refund will be made after deducting printing and logistics cost of the card.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
All refunds will be credited into 5-7 working days.
(C) Travel Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed as per rules and cancellation policy of airlines in case of flight tickets, hotel in case of hotel bookings and bus operator in case of bus tickets. Such refunds shall be subject to YPay receiving the same from the airlines/hotel/bus operator. However, the convenience fee paid to YPay paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee.
